On March 25, 2026, Dr. Mahesh Chougule led a group of students from SPD-110 course from the Bachelor of Arts in Social Policy and Development (SPD) International Program at Thammasat University on a professional study visit to the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth). The delegation was warmly received by the ThaiHealth exhibition management team, who facilitated a comprehensive program designed to enhance the students’ understanding of health promotion policies and the social determinants of health. The visit included a virtual introduction to the foundation’s mission, followed by an immersive exploration of the Healthy Organization Route and the ThaiHealth’s Approach to Well-Being Exhibition. These sessions provided the students with critical insights into the role of public institutions in addressing contemporary social challenges in Thailand. The engagement concluded with an interactive Q&A session, allowing students to bridge theoretical classroom knowledge with practical, large-scale social health initiatives.
