The SPD International Program welcomes students from around the world who are passionate about creating positive
social change. Explore the available admission rounds and choose the one that best suits your qualifications.

Round 1

Inter Portfolio

Submit a strong portfolio showcasing skills from activities like: national/international social science awards, creating social development projects, or overseas exchange experiences. Interview required for eligible applicants.

Round 2

Inter Program - Admission

Applicants are required to complete a written examination and an interview.

Round 1

Inter Portfolio 1

Recommended for: Applicants with strong academic, volunteer, social development, leadership, or international experience.

Application Overview

Designed for applicants who can demonstrate their potential through a strong portfolio showing academic ability, social engagement, leadership, creativity, or volunteer experience related to social policy. Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed.

Recommended for: Applicants who need a later portfolio round or want to strengthen their application after Round 1.

Application Overview

Follows the same portfolio-based selection process as Inter Portfolio 1. Applicants submit a well-organised portfolio reflecting academic readiness, English ability, and social engagement. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview.

  4. Final admission announcement

Regular Round 1

Inter Program Admission 1

Recommended for: Applicants applying through the regular international programme admission round.

Application Overview

Designed for applicants who apply through the written examination route. Applicants are required to complete the written examination. Those who meet the admission requirements will be invited to attend an interview.

  5. Confirmation and registration

Thammasat International Student Recruitment (TISR)

Recommended for: Applicants applying in the final regular admission round.

Application Overview

A later admission round for applicants who apply through the written examination and interview process. Applicants should prepare all required documents and ensure that their English proficiency score is valid.

Selection Process:
  1. Application review
  2. Written examination
  3. Interview
  4. Final result announcement

This round may be suitable for applicants who missed earlier rounds or are waiting for final school documents. Official deadlines and examination schedules should be confirmed with SPD before publishing.
