K 1	Graduates demonstrate comprehensive and in-depth knowledge and understanding of social policy, social welfare, and development, as well as key principles and theories. They are able to appropriately integrate interdisciplinary knowledge to work effectively with people of different nationalities and within organizations and societies characterized by diverse dynamics, structures, cultures, and operational systems.
K 2	Graduates are able to critically and creatively analyze social problems and social policies, and to understand and apply relevant knowledge, theories, skills, analytical tools, and policy recommendations to address social issues appropriately across different organizational cultures and social structures.
K 3	Graduates possess up-to-date knowledge and understanding of political, economic, and social dynamics and changes, including social welfare systems at the local, national, sub regional, regional, and global levels, encompassing both micro- and macro-level perspectives.
